Samantha

Community Development Coordinator

Meet Sam

I have worked within the human service sector for 29 years and love supporting people who may be experiencing crisis or disadvantage.  I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community centre.

I enjoy developing, coordinating, and supporting projects that enable individuals and community groups to access inclusive and appropriate services at no or low cost.  Empowering others to reach their full potential and engaging with community is what drives me when working at Fassifern.

Kylie

Administration Officer

I support our clients by helping them access the services we offer and the services throughout the broader community.

What drives me? It makes me smile, the fact that I can make a difference to someone’s day even if sometimes it is in the smallest way.

I love my job at Fassifern and working with a wonderful team of people who support each other and embrace each day’s new challenges.

Karen

Centrelink Agent, Administration and Barista

Meet Karen

I provide support by helping clients find required information, and in general help them work through whatever situation they may need assistance with.

I always try to help the respective customer to leave in a better position than when they 1st arrived, whether it be through providing information, assistance with equipment or even simply a listening ear to talk things through with.

Oh & I really enjoy making ‘a good cuppa’ for people too to help them through their day!
